Serving Our Community
For Over 60 Years
Happy Days Kindergarten was established in 1963, starting as a playgroup of 70 children. Over the years, with expanded facilities, it now provides schooling and care for over 250 children, from toddlers through to Grade R.
We are a Christian school, guided by Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” We see each child as a gift from God, with unique abilities and talents, and we strive to create an environment where each can develop to their fullest potential. Upon enrolment, we recognize parents as the primary caregivers and partner with you in providing the best care for your child, grounded in God’s love as revealed in Jesus Christ throughout the Bible.
Happy Days is registered with the Department of Education and recognized as a high-grade Early Childhood Development (ECD) center. Our Grade R class follows the WCED CAPS curriculum.

A Little Fact
There is agreement among childcare experts that early childhood education is extremely beneficial. From the earliest years, a child should be exposed to varied experiences, social contacts and professional guidance. These opportunities will ensure desirable growth in the child. We view care as guiding each child’s development in a loving way for your child’s social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs.
